I have been a practicing Psychotherapist /Art therapist / Counsellor in Dublin since 1985. I am an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a state registered Art Therapist with the U.K. Health and Care Professions Council, and a founding member of the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists and I follow their code of ethics.
I am also a Gestalt Therapist and accredited Counselling Supervisor. I supervise a wide range of therapists, counsellors and psychotherapists.
I work with individuals in private practice and with groups attending Cluain Mhuire Mental Health Services (St John of God Services).
I am an integrative therapist, which means I use a variety of approaches in my work which I discuss with clients so that they may choose a therapy process which is best suited to them. I practice mindfulness myself and I integrate mindfulness into my therapy work. See How I work.
